Abstract
Available data indicate that progesterone is able to treat pregnancy-induced hypertension (preeclampsia). Dydrogesterone and 17alpha-hydroxyprogesterone caproate might also be used for this purpose. Prevention of hypertensive disorders in preeclampsia also seems possible, but studies are needed to confirm this.Entities:
