Abstract
Two strains of phototrophic bacteria were isolated from the effluent of a lighted upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (LUASB) reactor. Their 16S rRNA gene sequences and phenotypic characteristics suggested that two isolates were Rhodopseudomonas palustris and Blastochloris sulfoviridis strains.Entities:
