Abstract
Infectious complications are common in patient with multiple myeloma. However, Paecilomyces variotii, a common saprophytic fungus, rarely causes human infection. We report the first case of P. variotii fungemia in this illness with good response with adapted anti-mycotic treatment.Entities:
