Cardiac assessment in Turner's syndrome: a case for the inclusion of coronary angiography.

Abstract

This case reveals a 25-year-old woman presenting with a supraventricular tachycardia who was found to have Turner's syndrome. Color flow Doppler echocardiography revealed diastolic jets, which cardiac arteriography confirmed as coronary artery-pulmonary artery fistulas.
