Abstract
The overall success rate of surgical interventions for cubital tunnel syndrome is reported to be within 80% to 90% (Szabo, 1999). The discussion, however, whether to perform in situ nerve decompression or anterior transposition continues. In this paper, we present the results of our endoscopic approach to in situ cubital tunnel release, its rationale, clinical and anatomical indications and a detailed description of the technique.Entities:
