Abstract
Aneurysm of the cervical carotid artery is rare and usually presents with ischemic symptoms as opposed to local mass effect. The authors report a case of recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy secondary to mass effect from a cervical internal carotid artery aneurysm.Entities:
