Abstract
An immunochromatographic assay was developed for detecting glycyrrhizin (1). The qualitative assay is based on a competitive immunoassay using anti-1 monoclonal antibody (MAb) and a detector reagent that contains colloidal gold particles coated with anti-1 MAb. The immunochromatographic strip test, which has a detection limit of 250 ng/mL, is useful as a rapid screening method for detecting glycyrrhizin in plants, biological fluids and food samples.Entities:
