Abstract
A 13-year-old girl with a history of Fanconi anemia developed acute myeloid leukemia of the M7 subtype with a 45,XX,-7 karyotype, which is rare in M7 subtype. Treatment protocols were set up, but she died of sepsis and osteomyelitis during induction.Entities:
