Abstract
We report an impressive case in which a complete infarction of the right hemisphere due to an acute occlusion of the right carotid artery had developed. After cerebral decompression and neurological rehabilitation, the persisting dissection of the ascending aorta and both carotid arteries was successfully repaired in one session.Entities:
