Abstract
Advances in molecular typing of fusariosis would facilitate the study of its epidemiology. We tested 26 such isolates by the commercially available Diversi Lab System. The system utilizes automated repetitive sequence-based PCR (rep-PCR) and web-based data analyses. rep-PCR dendrogram cluster analysis showed agreement with species sequence identification (elongation factor 1 alpha gene).
