Abstract
Advanced abdominal pregnancy is a complex condition demanding challenging management. High index of suspicion may reduce the diagnostic error. Management varies from patient to patient. Expectant management is a feasible option in a well-equipped tertiary care hospital in case of alive viable fetuses. This evidence-based report describes the author's experience of managing a series of advanced abdominal pregnancies at 24 weeks or more of gestation.Entities:
