Abstract
A case of familial hypercholesterolemia (homozygous) leading to coronary artery disease by the age of 10 years is presented in view of its rarity. Besides different xathomatous eruptions, the child was also having overt angina and was treated with coronary artery bypass grafting to the diseased vessels.Entities:
