Abstract

[reaction: see text] We have succeeded in the facile synthesis of 4-methylumbelliferyl T-antigen as a substrate for endo-alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase by exploiting the combination of the di-tert-butylsilylene effect and the Mitsunobu reaction.
