Abstract
The presentation of Churg-Strauss syndrome is most distinctive, permitting diagnosis on clinical grounds. It is a phasic disorder with allergic rhinitis and asthma initially, often followed by peripheral blood eosinophilia with eosinophilic tissue infiltrates. The vasculitic illness is the life-threatening phase, but it can be effectively suppressed by prompt treatment.Entities:
