Abstract
Although the right testicular vein and ureter follow a close course at the level of the third lumbar vertebra, it is unusual for the right testicular vein to be a cause of ureteral obstruction. Previously, conventional computed tomography (CT) has been used for establishing this anatomic relation. A case of hydronephrosis in a man secondary to right testicular vein compression diagnosed with multidetector-row CT findings is described.Entities:
