Abstract
We describe a 45-year-old male patient with an atypical unilateral optic neuropathy who was diagnosed with primary antiphospholipid syndrome. The initially poor vision lasting several months completely recovered and long-term oral anticoagulation therapy prevented potential further systemic thrombotic complications.Entities:
