Abstract
We report a six-month-old patient with a double symmetrical aortic arch with tracheal and esophageal obstructive symptoms, who was treated surgically. The diagnostic images consisting of esophagogram, echocardiography and angiography were correlated with an anatomical specimen; the usefulness of the echocardiogram as an initial test is emphasized.Entities:
