Abstract
Prompt diagnosis and treatment with corticosteroids of the tubulointerstitial nephritis with uveitis (TINU) syndrome may assist in the preservation of renal function. We present a case illustrating the characteristic clinical features of this syndrome. Gallium scintigraphy assisted in the diagnosis and management of this case, which was complicated by relapsing pyelonephritis.Entities:
