Abstract
An unusual case of leiomyosarcoma of the pulmonary trunk in a 33-year-old woman is described. Angiography suggested a large pulmonary embolus. The patient was referred for surgery and the diagnosis was made histologically. The surgical management and postoperative course are described.Entities:
