Abstract
Paraneoplastic syndromes associated with mesodermal tumors are relatively uncommon. An unusual case manifested by fever, anemia, thrombocytosis, coagulopathy, and idiopathic cholestatic liver dysfunction in association with soft tissue sarcoma is reported. A paraneoplastic syndrome is postulated in the absence of anatomic obstruction of bile flow, evidence of an infectious etiology, or neoplastic hepatic involvement.Entities:
