Abstract
We describe recurrent bilateral homocystinuria-related lens dislocation into the anterior chamber in a patient who had postoperative anterior staphyloma and secondary intractable aphakic glaucoma in only one eye. We discuss the possible causes of and treatment modalities for this complication.Entities:
