Edin Lakasing1, Wendy Mahaffey.

Abstract

Mortality within a general practice population can be used as an indicator of the morbidity, and consequently the health care needs of the population. This article reports on a review of mortality and nursing involvement in terminal care within one general practice, and considers the implications for nursing and medical services.
