Abstract
Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia (NLH) is one of the pulmonary lymphoproliferative disorders, and was initially described as pseudolymphoma. However, reports focusing on CT findings of NLH of the lung have been rare. We report a case of a pulmonary NLH in a 49-year-old woman who showed multiple pulmonary nodules on HRCT and was misdiagnosed preoperatively with adenocarcinoma on the basis of transthoracic cytology. A final diagnosis of NLH was made on postoperative histologic examination.Entities:
