FIP statement of professional standards: the supply of medicines affecting driving performance.

Abstract

The International Pharmaceutical Federation (Fédération Internationale Pharmaceutique, FIP) has published a statement on medications affecting driving. This statement discusses labeling, professionals' obligations in educating patients and the roles that professional organizations can take to assure that appropriate patient s counseling and education is provided.
