Abstract
A case of unilateral hydrocephalus due to an abscess in the ipsilateral choroid plexuses, and revealed by intracranial hypertension is reported. Treatment with ceftriaxone, metronidazol and thiophenicol was clinically and radiographically successful, without surgery 3 weeks later. Management and mechanisms are discussed.Entities:
