Abstract
A young woman presented with recurrent myelitis associated with persistent eosinophilia in blood and CSF. Specific serological procedures in blood and CSF led to the diagnosis of visceral larva migrans. The patient recovered after 21 days of treatment with diethylcarbamazine. To our knowledge, this is the second report of myelitis in the course of visceral larva migrans.Entities:
