Abstract
Paraneoplastic stiff man syndrome with a thymoma is rare disease. We treated a 57-year-old woman with a type B1 thymoma, based on the World Health Organization classification, who had stiff man syndrome. Her symptoms were alleviated after a thymectomy. Herein we report a case of stiff man syndrome with a thymoma and also review three cases reported previously.Entities:
