Abstract
Hepatic hematomas are relatively common in fetuses and neonates; most are subcapsular in location. Sometimes their imaging features can be non-specific, so differentiation from other aggressive lesions like hepatoblastoma can be difficult, especially if there is a concurrent high alpha-fetoprotein level. We report a case of intrahepatic hematoma with a rising alpha-fetoprotein level.Entities:
