Abstract
A 52-year-old man was being attended to in a hospital for a fracture of the right zygoma and orbital floor, after being struck on the right upper face. After blowing his nose, he immediately lost vision in the right eye, and an urgent CT scan showed extensive retrobulbar air. Vision was regained within an hour. The management of this rare condition is discussed.Entities:
