Abstract
Retroperitoneal plexiform neurofibroma is a rare finding in neurofibromatosis type I, or von Recklinghausen's disease. A case of retroperitoneal plexiform neurofibroma mimicking psoas abscesses is reported here with its CT and MRI findings.Entities:
