Abstract
Metastatic tumours of the hand are uncommon; we present a case of undiagnosed adenocarcinoma of the lung with extensive metastases to the carpal, and to the third, fourth, and fifth metacarpal, bones. Biopsy confirmed the diagnosis and the patient died three months later, no surgical treatment being offered.Entities:
