Abstract
We describe a case of severe brachial artery spasm resistant to vasodilator treatment. A multi-purpose 110 cm diagnostic catheter was used as an inner dilator. This allowed easy negotiation of a guiding catheter through the tortuous segment and successful completion of the angioplasty procedure.Entities:
