Abstract
Coronary-bronchial artery fistulae are rare and may present with broncho-pulmonary haemorrhage and myocardial ischaemia. The authors report the case of a coronary-bronchial artery fistula associated with bronchiectasis responsible for haemoptysis and discovered at coronary angiography performed during an acute coronary syndrome. Radical treatment by embolisation of this fistula allowed the use of platelet inhibitors and anticoagulants for the coronary angioplasty performed secondarily. This method is an interesting alternative to surgical ligature.Entities:
