Abstract
We report the case of a Colombian immunosuppressed migrant hospitalized in France with fever, dry cough and altered general health. Results of blood culture and bronchoalveolar lavage led to the diagnosis of the first reported case of concomitant disseminated histoplasmosis and pulmonary coccidioidomycosis in an HIV-infected patient.Entities:
