Abstract
One male 53-year-old that was diagnosed of dilated myocardiopathy two years ago, was admitted at the emergency room by acute pulmonary oedema, showing the two dimensional echocardiographic study one free-floating thrombus in the left atrium. Waiting for surgery the patient suffered a syncope that was diagnosed of embolic origin and the left atrial thrombus has disappeared.Entities:
