Abstract
The authors present a case of a 39-year-old man with an enormous bone defect of the distal humerus secondary to an infected nonunion, who was successfully reconstructed using a vascularized iliac bone graft. The use of a vascularized iliac bone graft may be an option for reconstructing such massive defects of the metaphyseal area of the humerus.Entities:
