Abstract
Double-outlet left ventricle is conventionally repaired with an intraventricular tunnel or with an extracardiac conduit when pulmonary stenosis is present. We report a 4-month-old female infant whose surgical correction of double-outlet left ventricle and subpulmonic stenosis was accomplished by pulmonary arterial translocation to the blind right ventricular infundibulum. This approach provided excellent hemodynamic repair without the use of an extracardiac conduit.Entities:
