Abstract
Simple and highly sensitive fluorometric method for determination of keratin SH-groups using fluorescein mercuric acetate has been developed. It allows to determine amount of SH-groups up to 0.1 nmole/mg of protein in extracts of corneal layer of human epidermis.Entities:
