Abstract
Kidneys with angiomyolipomas have been used for transplantation, but we are unaware of postoperative hemorrhage from a native kidney angiomyolipoma. A 49-year-old male who underwent a cadaveric renal transplant complicated by postoperative hemorrhage from a native kidney angiomyolipoma is presented.
