Abstract
Painful snapping of the elbows is rare. We report on a 12-year-old boy with a painful snap in both elbows. High-resolution magnetic resonance imaging of the elbow using microscopy coils detected a synovial fold interposed in each humeroradial joint and was very helpful in establishing the cause of symptoms. Resection of the synovial folds was performed with subsequent relief of symptoms.Entities:
