Juvenile intraosseous gout of the calcaneus.

Abstract

Gout presenting as an osteolytic lesion is exceedingly rare in children with asymptomatic hyperuricemia. We report the clinical and radiological presentation of intraosseous gout in a 13-year-old boy.
