Abstract
In the present article, regarding a clinical case of Thrombasthenia of Glanzmann with severe anaemia by menometrorrhagia, the authors propose the vaginal hysterectomy and the administration of the recombinant factor VIIa on the immediate pre and postoperative as effective therapeutical alternatives.Entities:
