Abstract
Brachiocephalic artery aneurysm with concomitant coronary artery aneurysm is rare. We describe a case of a patient with a history of prosthetic graft placement following resection of an abdominal aortic aneurysm and was subsequently found to have a brachiocephalic artery aneurysm. After surgical correction of the brachiocephalic aneurysm, postoperative coronary arteriography demonstrated coronary artery aneurysms, and the patient subsequently underwent coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Entities:
