Abstract
The introduction of structural imaging of the brain by computed tomography (CT) scans and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) has further refined classification of head injury for prognostic, diagnosis, and treatment purposes. We describe a new classification scheme to be used both as a research and a clinical tool in association with other predictors of neurologic status.Entities:
