Abstract
An osteoid osteoma of the styloid process of the radius mimicking de Quervain's tenovaginitis in a 28-year-old man is reported. As the clinical presentation and X-rays of the wrist were not typical of an osteoid osteoma, only the histological examination led to the correct diagnosis.Entities:
