Abstract
A new room-temperature ionic liquid has been synthesized from 2,2'-bipyridine. This liquid improved the copper-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions between perfluoroalkyl or pentafluorophenyl halides and aryl iodides. Good recyclability using this solvent system was observed.Entities:
