Abstract
In developed countries, open prostatectomy for benign disease is now reserved for large prostates. This is not the case in the developing world where Millin's prostatectomy continues to be an important procedure, perhaps due to lack of endoscopic technology and training. We report a case of vesico-cutaneous fistula as a late complication of open prostatectomy presenting as a groin mass. A review of the English language literature shows this to be the first case of its kind.Entities:
