Abstract
Pulsus alternans was caused by 2:1 left bundle branch block in a patient with a left ventricular ejection fraction of 50% and normal coronary arteries. The observations documented the profound depressant hemodynamic effect of complete left bundle branch block in the setting of minimal systolic left ventricular function.Entities:
