Abstract
Tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TauNuFalpha) blockers are effective in the treatment of inflammatory arthritis but can induce autoimmune disorders including multiple sclerosis. Described are two patients who developed chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy after initiation of anti-TNFalpha treatment.Entities:
