Abstract
Myelocystocele is a variety of occult spinal dysraphism that is characterized by a localized, cystic dilatation of the terminal part of the central canal that then herniates through a posterior spina bifida. We describe a series of eight cases of myelocystocele. The clinical and radiological features and treatment are discussed and the relevant literature reviewed.Entities:
